Return & Refunds:

• If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return period from the date of delivery.
• We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
• The exchanged product will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
• To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received. It should also be in the original packaging.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
• The amount will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges:

• We understand that sizing or design preferences may vary. You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer support team.

  Exchange Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive your request.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

  If the requested exchange item is unavailable:

  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If refund to the original payment method is not feasible (e.g., PhonePe or UPI issues), we will offer an alternative option such as:

    • Store credit / coupon of equivalent value

    • Exchange with a different available item

    • Bank transfer upon confirmation of refund details

  Price Differences:

  • If the new item is lower in price, the difference will be refunded.

  • If the new item is higher in price, the balance must be paid before the new item is shipped.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Please note that customized or personalized T-shirts (e.g., with custom names, text, images, or artwork) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by us.

  We strongly advise customers to double-check the size, design, and customization details before placing the order.

Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide a resolution, such as a refund, exchange, or replacement.
